Yes, our minimum purchase request online is $100. However, our initial purchase requirement in store is $300.

Yes. Even if you have registered an account with us in person or over the phone, in order to purchase an order through Crystal Universe online you will need to register again (using the same account details if neccesary).

We use Australia Post. Goods will be posted only after payment has been recieved. Please contact staff to arrange alternate methods of postage.

No, all Australian sales require a valid ABN in order to purchase. International clients please supply business number.

Melbourne Sales Room, Gallery and Warehouse hours are: Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm (and additionally on first Saturday of each month). Appointment is necessary for new customers.
